The host kit
Complete workshop kits — slides, hands-on labs, facilitator notes — for protocols, Nokuva, Tavoc, and Foltrac, updated with every release so your material is never stale.
Up to $10k per event for venue, catering, and production — for hosts and ambassadors alike, paid up front for established organizers. No receipts theater for a pizza order.
Our engineers and researchers join remotely for Q&A at any community event — and in person for larger ones when travel allows.
Your event goes on our events page and in the newsletter. We help fill the room, not just decorate it.
Workshop attendees get extended product trials and credits, so the hands-on labs continue after the event ends.
A private channel of event hosts sharing what works — formats, venues, and the failure stories that save everyone else a bad night.
Hosting an event
Tell us the format, audience, and rough date. First-time hosts start with a meetup or a single workshop module.
We match you with a curriculum kit, confirm speaker support, and set the budget — usually one call and a checklist.
Run the event your way. The facilitator notes cover the material; the host community covers everything else.
A short retro and attendee feedback loop. Recurring hosts get standing budgets and first pick of new curriculum.

Yes — conference tracks, hackathons, and student events with relevant audiences. Propose it through the same form with your sponsorship details.
Then ten people got a good workshop. We care about recurring, honest community events, not vanity attendance numbers. Small and regular beats big and once.
Yes. Internal study groups and guild sessions qualify for curriculum and speaker support, though budget support is reserved for public community events.
